My mom makes them and we call them Seven Layers. But I won't eat them from a bakery, only mommy's LOL Just not as good

HAHAH Glad we are on the same page. after a few of the posts this week I was unsure

As for the cookies no I don't like them i think they look better than they taste. Please refrain from posting pics of things I will like since it's Monday and on Mondays I like to pretend that i will be healthy eat right and go to the gym. Save all delicious foods for Wednesday when i have given up and lost all will power. Thanks!!

OMG yes!! I LOVE Rainbow cookies.. and my mom makes them to Diiiie for!!!!!
Seriously she has won over the hearts of my husbands family. Every special occassion they always ask her to make them. They say the bakery doesn't do them justice! man now I want some!

I'm a 'nah'.... I must confess, I'm really turned off by the food coloring..... for the same reason, I can't eat red velvet cake. I've also had some bad rainbow cookie versions, which were tooth-curlingly sweet and artificial

I'm tempted to make each of these, though, sans coloring and with less sugar.....
