Rainbow Cookies?

i LOVE rainbow cookies!!! and let me tell you, there is not a single bakery in Tucson that makes them! In fact, NO ONE even knows what I'm talking about when i say rainbow cookies!!!

mmmmm love 'em! We usually make them every year at xmas!

My favorite dessert in the whole world. My dream was to have a rainbow cookie wedding cake, but we couldn't find it.
