Random Holiday Tipping Question

For those that own a home, do you tip your Sanitation workers / Garbage men for the holidays? We get garbage pick up twice a week and recycling once a week. Are there different guys each day? How much do you tip, and on which day????

I know we should tip our mail man. Anyone else I'm missing?????

Good question...It is our first season at home and I have to think about this.

We get garbage/recycling pick up FOUR times a week and are close with one of our sanitation men. I am thinking $100.00 for our sanitation (they can split it) and $50.00 for our post man. How does that sound? Am I being too cheap??? I really don't know!
