random questin about washing your hair...

when you wash your hair what is your routine..

do you put shampoo in leave it in for a while then wash..do you repeat?

also are you supposed to leave conditiner on for like 60 secons before you wash it out?

I put shampoo in and lather it up then rinse it out basically right away...I then put conditioner in and leave it in while I shave!

Yup, same here.

I don't always use conditioner though - I need it more in the winter than the summer.

i shampoo, rinse, put in conditioner and brush it through and leave it in while I shave and wash the rest of me. then rinse out conditioner.

I did this for a while with the conditioner but then i felt like i washed my body so i was all clean and then let the greasy conditioner run down and i felt like it defeatred the purpose for me

I dont leave it it for very long... maybe like 10-20 seconds... i leave the conditioner in for about a minute... then i use this stuff from aussie...

yep... washing my body is the last thing i do in the shower...

1. wash face
2. put in shampoo
3. wash body
4. rinse shampoo
5. if shaving legs, shave one leg
6. put in conditioner
7. shave other leg
8. rinse conditioner

i absolutely cannot deviate from this routine!

rinse

shampoo again

rinse

conditioner - leave in and detangle

rinse

conditioner again

rinse

then when I get out I put shine spray

and a heat protecter serum.

1. Shampoo, lather, rinse. I don't leave it in.
2. Put conditioner in
3. Comb hair
4. Wash face
5. Wash body
6. (if applicable) Shave
7. Rinse conditioner

I NEVER deviate. Ever. The conditioner stays in anywhere from 2-10 minutes, depending on what exactly I'm doing in there!

I shampoo..lather it up and rinse right away...then I put in my conditioner...wash my body, shave and then the last thing I do is rinse it out.

just put shampoo in, lather and wash out
then add conditioner, leave in for a few mins while i wash my face, and shave..

I have been doing this exact routine for as long as I can remember.

Shampoo, Rinse, Shampoo, Rinse, put in Conditioner, shave, Rinse Conditioner, then I wash my body.
