I keep them together...my ering is not 'that' heavy that I need my dominant arm to hold it.

Yes those 10 ct. do weigh me down but I have just started going to the gym less to do arm curls

Re: Random Question: For those wives out there, have you moved your E-ring?

Ok, I just re-read my original post, that DID sound like I had some sorta monster E-ring (so far from the truth)

*shrug*

I guess it's cause I've taken off the ring I 'used' to wear on my right had (jade ring his grandmother gave me) so I have tendency to move my e-ring over.

Still I end up moving it back.

I have an odd shaped e-ring. It took a while for me to get used to the feel of the setting as it can rub up against the other fingers. Now with my thin band behind it (inside), I think I'm just trying to get used to that 'feel' again in a different location????

who knows.. maybe I'm just batty! hehe

I was just curious because some ladies here in my office wear their e-ring on their right.

I bought my wedding band (diamonds are on it, but not a lot and not big) based on the idea that sooner or later I'd stop wearing my e-ring. Kids, gardening, whatever. My E-ring is SHARP! So i wanted a band that would 'stand alone' and it does. It's VERY light compared to the e-ring (there's more gold and diamond weight on the e-ring for me anyway).

*Shrug* rambling.. it was just a random question.

I wear my e-ring on my left with my wedding band. It doesn't fit on my right hand since my ring fingers are different sizes. Besides, I like the way they look together anyways.

Mine either. I once tried to slip my e-ring on my right hand and it got stuck! I like the way they look together too. I have to take my e-ring off for work otherwise it's always with my wedding ring.

Re: Random Question: For those wives out there, have you moved your E-ring?

I was just kidding with my other response! My ering is only a carat, so I can't say I notice the weight too much. I started wearing just my band (an eternity band with princess diamonds to match the ering), because I didn't take the ering on the HM and got used to the band alone. Then people started commenting that it is a waste to not wear it, so I wear them both together on the left hand now. I always wore rings so the weight isn't a big deal to me, but when I felt my DH's titanium band in comparison it made mine feel heavy!

Re: Random Question: For those wives out there, have you moved your E-ring?

I had my e-ring on my right hand for the wedding, so I left it like that for a while , b/c I thought my 2 rings looked weird together, but my left hand missed my e-ring , so now it is back on the left. it looks ok when it is on the insdie, band on the outside.

Re: Random Question: For those wives out there, have you moved your E-ring?

I moved my e-ring to the right hand because my e-ring band is very thick and has a bit of an odd shape to it so I can't wear it with my wedding band. I actually don't wear my e-ring much because since it is on the right hand, I seem to hit it alot.

Re: Random Question: For those wives out there, have you moved your E-ring?

They are both on my left hand. I have my second matching band to my DH's (for the Jewish wedding ceremony (needs to be unbroken and unadorned) on my right hand half of the time too.

Re: Random Question: For those wives out there, have you moved your E-ring?

my wedding band was made to link perfectly with my e ring - i think the band completes the set. when i moved it to the right hand, i felt like it was weird.

Re: Random Question: For those wives out there, have you moved your E-ring?

I keep them together on the left hand- they look good there and I'm used to there- my fingers on my right hand feel swollen when I tried to put my rings there.

Re: Random Question: For those wives out there, have you moved your E-ring?

My rings were made to fit together so I always wear them on the same hand. Honestly, my wedding ring looks a little unusual without my e-ring up against it!
