I had problems figuring out where to get my dress clean and preserved w/o spending a ton of money. I live in VA and the cleaners down here say you can't open the box (which is NOT true) so I went with wedclean.
I just got my dress and veil back--they look terrific. The whole thing cost me $150 and that was adding more money to insure the dress. Very pleased.

thanks Lana! Well I have some extra time right now before school starts so wanted to get it done or else it would sit there forever once classes start back up next week.

PS: Forgot to mention I noticed Kristen at your wedding. She looks so pretty; hasn't changed a bit. Neither has.....Mr. Clancy. Sorry; I can't help but call him that! They were sitting in the back and I felt sad.

Hey we all can't help but call him that! Think she sat in back because of the new baby. Things are getting better but it's still not how it was. Hopefully in time...
Yeah I was happy she came (they wouldn't come to the reception ) but came back to the house for a few pics.
so she didn't come to the reception??? sad! but you looked radiantly happy and i'm happy it didn't ruin your day at all! hey, your mom looked so pretty! she kinda remembered me from chorus line!

No it didn't ruin my day at all, at one point, we weren't sure if she'd be able to come at all so that was major progress!! Thanks! I had reminded her about you (can't remember if it was before or after though). Thanks!

Yeah I was so happy--I had a dream last night that it came back with all the beading missing but no, it looks great and nicely stored.

Glad you got your dress and veil back and nice and purdy lol My MIL took mine to a cleaners near her CT house - she'll be bringing it to me when they come to visit at Thanksgiving... I kinda miss my dress!

Just wanted to bump this! I recieved my dress back from wedclean and it looks great! I feel like an old lady with her dress all boxed up, makes me feel like the day was forever ago! But they did a great job and they were MUCH much more affordable than the local cleaners.
