I've flown them a few times - never had any problems. They are a good airline or as good as an airline can be these days.

DH and I flew with them on our HM and we really liked them. I would def fly with them again if they had more direct flights.

my bil and his wife fly them all the time, I haven't heard any complaints, plus there airfare is very reasonable

yes I think I did once to Chicago maybe? or it may have been to Ohio. It was fine. not nearly as nice as jet blue, for example, but it got us there and back for cheap. it was fine for a quick flight.

I don't see why not - they usually allow upgrades, if available, at the gate.
