red lipstick

where can i go where someone PROFESSIONAL can really recommend a great red lipstick color for me?

ive never rocked a red, and i think id like to try it out this season

but im afraid to just walk up to a mac/sephora and have someone give me a random red shade and try to push it on me

i need something good!

I used the MAC artist who did my day-of MU. It's a vampy wine color. Red never looked good on me, never will.

my MUA for the wedding used MAC and when i said i wanted red she showed me a few shades and basically said this is the red you're probably drawn to and this is the red that is right for you. I ended up getting the shade for christmas from my mom, its called dubbonet, its not a true blue red but its a gorgeous shade.
