regarding one of my bosses and the bear

i was chatting with one of the supervising partners and we were discussing court appearances coming up. out of nowhere (and this is someone who does NOT know the story of bear), he goes:

'If you poke the bear, you're gonna get mauled.'

I was like w....t....f and i had to hold in my laughter!

I told Mike last night about how we kept adding Bear in place of song lyrics and he started singing Lady Gaga 'Alejandro' with Bear in place of half the lyrics...he loves it!
