there's only 2 rooms we completely redid in our house thusfar, kitchen & dining room, again the plaster was ripped out and new sheetrock put up by DH......so here's some pics:
oh, and what do you think we should do for molding? that's the one thing we have left to do......we might just go w/ white molding, but DH was thinking about doing natural wood and giving it a stain similar to our china cabinet. I think I'm leaning toward white molding since we did the walls in a pale yellow (paint is BM fresh butter, makes me want to say 'its like butta' everytime I say it!!!

handy but slooooooowwwww.....I know, I know, I can't complain, but hey I lived without a kitchen or dining room for a freakin' year when he was getting all this done!! he did the work a little at a time, but it was definitely worth it not to pay a contractor!!

WOW. I haven't been on in forever but I had to reply to this - it looks stunning! Your kitchen does too (from the earlier post). Your DH does good work and you have a fantastic eye for decoration. My grandma was a decorator so I grew up knowing how to appreciate good decorating. Great job!!!
