Return Question
I bought a light blue blouse from H+M a few weeks ago, and only wore it once. The day I wore it it was raining. When I got home and looked in the mirror, the entire right lapel going all the way up to the back of the collar had pink stains on it, like bleach or peroxide got on it.
At first I thought that maybe my hair gel got on it because I wear my hair in a low side ponytail every day, but I part to the right so my ponytail would be on the left lapel, not right.
Then I thought that maybe I got some of my face soap on it that has peroxide in it, but I don't wash my face after I'm dressed, and it was a button up, not a pullover anyway, so my face wouldn't have touched it.
So I've come to the conclusion that it must have happened when I was walking in and out of the rain. What the hell, was it acid rain or something??? I cut all the tags off, but still have them, thankfully I didn't throw them out, and I still have the receipt. H+M says that they don't take back merchandise that's been worn, but I literally wore it for like 2 hours, and it's clearly defective!!!
I bought it with a gift card, so technically I didn't spend any money on it, but it was half the gift card so it's still a waste. Do you think that I should even attempt to take it back, or think that they will take it back?
