Ring insert ?

hi girls im getting married tomorrow andim not quite sure how this is supposed towork.. The ring that is..

my band is an insert do i put it on with out my e-ring in it and then do the switch before the recieving line?

or am i supposed to get it to FH before the ceremony?

please help!

i think i would just give DH or the best man your e-ring before hand and he can put it all on you at the same time during the ceremony.

or you can just wear the e-ring on the right hand and then fix it afterwards. its all about what you wanna do...no right or wrong answer on this one.

thanks so much i jsut wasnt sure what to do... it looks so silly with out the e-ring in the middle.. ill have to give it to the bm in the AM.. Thank you!

You can just have FH put the band on your left ring finger like he's supposed to, keep your ering on your right hand and then after you walk back down the aisle just quickly put them together on one hand. No one is going to see it before then, just you and your FH and the officiant.

Being that it is an insert, I'd give it to someone to give to DH when I got to the church. But there really isn't a wrong answer. It's your day, do what you want. As soon as DH put on my wedding ring, I put the ering on that finger too. I wanted it to be the way I liked it for pictures as soon as the church was over.

my ring is the same way, and my sister held my ring during the cermony bc she was moh, but i gave her both of them but our priest was retarted and took my ering out and made dh just put on my band, so after we walked down the aisle my sister handed me my ering and i fixed it real fast, no one knew

I gave the planner my ering before the ceremony and she put the rings together so that when DH put it on it was a set-you could give it to the best man put together-just make sure to tell DH how it works etc. so he doesnt fumble during vows
