Twice now that Sarah McLachlan commercial showing all those helpless abused animals has aired in a span of 20 mins... and I have to look away or I'll start bawling my eyes out!!!

that one always gets me teary eyed.
that and the one with the polar bears and the guy says how the mothers leave the babies because they dont have food to feed them and it shows the momma bear swimming away from the baby...omg its HORRIBLE!

I hate anything that shows animals like that. I can't even watch those ASPCA rescue shows sometimes. Last night we were watching I think Houston ASPCA, and they rescued a mother who was tied to a tree and bones sticking out. Then they found her 3 puppies under the house, their eyes still not opened and they were so cute and fat. It was so sad though. One of the women were saying how some people just treat animals like garbage and throw them out with the garbage. I agree and I think that penalities should be a little more drastic for animal abuse. Especially when you leave them out in a yard all day with no food or water and you can see their bones ugh..makes me so sad. Even for the snakes and pets that you wouldn't normally have. They deserve to be kept well if you are going to keep them as pets out of their natural habitat.
