Sandals

I was looking into sandals vacation for next july for our first anniversary. Has anyone gone to these resorts? If so which ones and did u like it?

we went for our first anniversary to Sandals Dunns River. Although we didnt like Jamaica as a whole (alot of poverty) we loved our vacation! Sandals was so nice, everything was so easy and relaxing and we took a catamaran to Dunns River Falls and we loved it!
And I believe that this resort is having a major renovation as we speak!

We went to Sandals Royal Bahamian. We had the most wonderful time. Here are some pics:

We went to the Royal Bahamian too, and we thought it was ok. We had a problem with our room smelling musty, and it took them 2 full days to move us even though we spoke up as soon as we got there. And our room was garden view, which turned out to be a few plants & bushes and then a path and a fence with a parking lot on the other side. Not really my idea of a garden view.

However, we loved the pools and beaches, and that we could snorkel for 'free' whenever we wanted to. The spa services were great too. The food wasn't that great unless you went to the restaurants where you needed to make a reservation - and make sure you do that as soon as you get there because they fill up quick!

I just think that DH and I are not all inclusive kind of people overall though.

Sandals St. Lucia 2x
Sandals Halcyon in St. Lucia
Royal Plantation in Jamaica
Sandals Royal Bahamian

I loved Royal Plantation the best even though they have different pricing than the other resorts.

St. Lucia was gorgeous

I still love Jamaica.

I would not return to the Royal Bahamian.

HM'd at Sandals Grande St Lucia...loved every minute. There are 3 Sandals on St Lucia and you can visit all 3 by staying at 1. Make restaurant reservations when you arrive!

Dh and I honeymooned at the Grande St. Lucian. It was amazing!!! We loved it so much that we went back for our 2 year anniversary...and I want to go back again! LOL
