Sat & Sun... NWQOTD

Sorry this is so late, but I just got in from a day in NYC and this was my first time online...

AND - since I'll be with DH's 1000 cousins tomorrow, I know I won't have time to log in...so here is the weekends questions.... (and for those reading this Monday Morning....You can still answer them then!! )

SO - Sat's question...since I just got back from the Pompeii Exibit - and I've been to the real deal, which was absolutely amazing....

You & DH can go to one place for a week - all expenses paid.... Where would it be? AND - DH can pick the 2nd place - all expenses paid...where would HE want to go?

And for Sunday's Question.......Since I'm going to be surrounded by DH's family....

Is there anything about DH's family that makes you uncomfortable?



OK - so for me...
Sat - I would go to Tahiti, Bora Bora & Morea (of course, it'll be a few days more than a week...but if I had to pay 3 extra days, that'll be in my budget! )
This actually surprises me since I love Europe so much... but I know I'll get back there eventually - and I'm not so sure I'd do Tahiti unless I win the Mega or it's paid for me!

Now - DH... His one and only trip out of the US was to Paris, and I know he'd go back to explore more... but I'm 100% sure He would pick Italy...being Italian and never gone - it's all he talks about! I'm planning (well, saving until I can start planning) a 2013 trip for him (which he knows nothing about!!)

And - for Sunday's...
DH's Mom (who's passed) has 8 siblings... who then all had a billion kids... and their kids now have kids...... So going to visit the cousins scares the be-jesus out of me. Why? Well because DH hardly remembers all of their names!! They were close in their youth, but as adults... he's never maintained contact... so when I don't know who I'm talking to...and he doesn't say their name in the first 5 seconds... I'm suposed to say 'oh Dave is so rude... I'm Emily..and you are??' so we then will both know their names.

Keep in mind - I've only met his 1st cousins once about 4 months ago....and I've no clue who is who!! I'm sure I'll say that to someone I've met and then I look like the real as$!!

Makes me very thankful for my 4 cousins.... At least them, I can keep straight!!!
