Sent my changes to my album over two months ago

and NO revised album yet. I am really sick of Duet. I can't pick out parent stuff or reprints until I get my proofs back either.

I'm soo sorry about this. You are the third bride have delivery problems with them. I would warn girls on BHB.

I would keep trying to call them

i'm so sorry. I really believe Duet bites off WAY more than they can chew...

its unfortunate b/c they are talented and nice.

That stinks. Did you try contacting them? I just sent my layout and was told it should take about a week. (Granted they usually add 4 weeks on top of any dates they give, but 2 months is way too long!)

I have been having tons of problems with them! I approved my layout end of Jan/beginning of Feb., and emailed to see the status, and was told it usually takes 3 mos. uhhh, could you CHECK FOR ME? I didn't want a canned answer! Then Sue couldn't find the final approved layout and sounded like they might have sent an earlier version in to be printed!

oh wow, I did some revisions on our album and we have our album about a month already!!! I am sorry it is taking so long

I have been having problems too. Very annoying and fusturated. I had to go back and forth about the deadline date. They added about a month to the due date. I also dropped off some stuff at the Manhattan location, and I swear they had no clue that I dropped it off. In an e-mail Sue mentioned a disk, and I had to correct her and tell her that I provided actual pictures. The whole experience is making me a little nervous.

I just emailed Sue to see if mine were on track (next week is the 8 week mark after I sent thefinal approval) and she said yes! They will be ready I am sorry you are having a frustrating experience with them.
