ETA: So if you can get past the smell when rinsing these noodles off they are a FABULOUS pasta alternative! Oh my goodness! I am hooked!!!!! YAY!

Oh I like these - I just found them at the gristedes near where I live - they have an AWFUL smell. You have to rinse them a bunch before you cook/heat them and do better with a stronger sauce but then I really like them - like I have used them in stir fries, curries, etc and like them better than with a red sauce or something but they are SOOO good for you, all protein, no carbs and super easy to make. ; I have some in my fridge right now!

I just rinse them a few times - put them in water swish them around and drain them, then repeat two more times until the smell kind of goes away a bit - they do smell bad - like really feremented tofu which I guess is what they kind of are. . I like the fettucine ones (wider and flatter) more than the spaghetti styles but that could just be in my head. .

Ya, that was me!

I like these! The smell is funky but other than that, they are pretty gooood. And apparently, they have good health benefits. So, it's win win- healthy plus NO carbs! I rinsed mine in a colander for a few minutes and then microwaved them for a couple of minutes and then mixed the sauce in. Very tasty. The texture of the noodle is strange but other than that- a great alternative to pasta.

Oh and I buy mine in a Korean mart right here in town.
