shocker of my life.

Thursday night my father was in town for the closing of our childhood house. My brothers, their girlfriends, DH, and I were all hanging out chatting about what it was going to be like not owning the house that we all grew up in.
Then my father says: 'Since you are all here, I wanted to make an announcement' and then pauses FOR A REALLY LONG TIME! He then proceeds to say that he and his girlfriend have decided to get married and that they have already set the date of October 12, 2008. IN 6 MONTHS!!!!
