Should I say something
Hi Ladies. I am really not on here much anymore but would like some advice. After our wedding I had posted about a non-gifter who really ticked me off. Original Post
Well I haven't heard from her since the day of my wedding. I just thought that if she felt the friendship was worth anything she would have tried to contact me at some point during the last 7 months.
She is the one who really hurt me.
Today is DHs birthday & on facebook she had the nerve to post a message for him.
Should I say something to her now about how she flushed our friendship down the toilet or should I just continue to wait & see if she tries to salvage the frienship.

Technically, the wedding etiquette is people have up until 1 year to send you a wedding gift. I would wait.

Re: Should I say something
Honestly, it sounds like a bunch of small issues that accumulated and are now one big thing .... i don' think any individual thing she did was THAT terrible. As for not contacting you, i have a friend like that ... she will NEVER initiate and it used to bother me ... but that's just the kind of person she is so i don't think about it anymore.
i would call her up and discuss what you're feeling ... doesn't sound like you wanna just drop her (though if you do, that's another option)
oh, and there's nothing wrong with her writing on your DH's FB wall.

Hmmm those are some pretty extreme circumstances. Honestly, I would just ignore her.

Re: Should I say something
Stemming from my answers from yesterdays post I don't believe in that gift etiquette of a year- when you go to a party- wedding birthday baptism you give the gift at or around the time of the wedding. After 6 months they can keep it! I would ignore her - let her be embarassef when she sees you.
