Shower gift question

I am terrible and this is incidental i know. My friend's shower is in march and i purchased two items off her reg- a 49.99 iron and a 29.99 steamer thinking that she gave me a gift that was 79.99 but really it was 89.99 (minus 20% of course). The difference is $10 I dont want to chince out and there isnt anything small to add that goes with the other two gift. Should i return it for something else? Or maybe buy a landry basket (which isnt on her reg) and put some spray starch and other laundry things that she would need in it?

Hmm...the laundry setup sounds super cute but I don't think you should feel self-conscious about $10.

One cute thing you could do is get her a bottle of wine in the $10 - $15 range and tie a tag on it saying 'open me on your one month anniversary'

Or, if you want to stick with the iron/steamer theme, some hangers?

I wouldn't have even noticed that I was spending $10 less. I just buy whatever I think they'll like.
