side dish recipes...

anyone have any good EASY side dish recipes?

hmm maybe potatoes, or sweet potatoes... anything really!

thanks!

I just posted an onion roasted potato recipe last night, this is from memory but I think it's correct

preheat oven to 400
dice 4 potatoes into small chunks, put chunks in large ziploc bag, cover with a packet of onion soup mix and 1/3 cup veg. oil. Shake until the potatoes are coated. Line a cookie sheet with tin foil and spray with a cooking spray, spread the potatoes on the cookie sheet and bake for 35 minutes or until potatoes are done.
