Signing the contract tonight!! UGHHH

DH and I are buying a co-op in Bay Ridge. We're going to my lawyer tonight to sign the contract. I can't wait for this process to be over!!!!

***well thanks for the wishes but at 2pm the sellers backed out and decided to take the co-op off the market. i have horrible luck. let me know if anyone knows of anything open in bay ridge.
