Signing the contract tonight!! UGHHH

DH and I are buying a co-op in Bay Ridge. We're going to my lawyer tonight to sign the contract. I can't wait for this process to be over!!!!

***well thanks for the wishes but at 2pm the sellers backed out and decided to take the co-op off the market. i have horrible luck. let me know if anyone knows of anything open in bay ridge.

Oh my goodness, that really stinks! On the day of closing?! They shouldn't be allowed to do that!!


thanks jess. luckily this was just the contract signing, not closing so we didnt spend any money.
