Re: Sking care regimen

i just changed based on a few things i read on LIW actually and it has really improved my skin

i only wash my face with water in the shower
at night i take off my make up with those ponds wipes
i use neutrogena on my face when i am feeling very sweaty or dirty, but that is only once or twice a week
AND
cocoa butter! I know it sounds crazy, I have VERY oily skin so i never thought it would work . . but I have been using it since I got back from my wedding to keep my tan and it has made my skin SO soft with NO break outs

I have oily skin also and I've been using this line for several years and it's REALLY helped. I have most of her books too, there's a TON of good info.

I cleanse with an olay cream cleanser (my skin is normal/dry) and when I'm feeling lazy, Olay skincare wipes.
I use an antioxidant serum (Vivite), sunscreen/moisturizer (La Roche Posay) and under-eye cream (Clarins).
I think the most important thing you can use is sunscreen--everyday, no matter what the weather is like, how long you'll be outside, or what your skin tone is. Those 2-3 mins here and there really add up.
It's the best 'anti-aging' product out there.

I use stuff from the Pure Simplicity line at Bath & Body works.. too bad its discontinued..

I do wash my face 2xs a day though and moisturize. There is no way on gods green earth I can go a day without washing. I am a greasy guinea
