I don't have any recipes I know off the top of my head...but I do have the Sandra Lee Semi-Homemade cookbooks, Slow-Cooking 1 and Slow Cooking 2...

I'm obsessed with her, and I have like 10 of her books, and now I see she has a lot more new ones, and even one for weeknight meals, so guess I'm heading to the bookstore soon myself lol.

go to Allrecipes.com and look up the slow cooker rrecipes. I made a really good, really healthy turkey chili in mine this weekend it was awesome.

Sooo easy too!

Brown the turkey on the stove (it tastes better if its cooked first)
Throw in the turkey, A can of corn (undrained) a can of petite diced tomatoes (undrained) and a can of black beans (undrained). season to taste with chili powder, cumin, and a little cinnamon. Let it cook for a few hours on low.

top it with sour cream and cheese of course.

I LOVE my crockpot.

I make treaditional italian sauce with it. I just fry the onions and garlic and paste in a frying pan and then dump everything in the crockpot and let it simmer for the day. Comes out delish!

I have a great stew that is on the newlywed cookbook. Plus an amazing sauerbraten recipe that Amanda gave me (The one that you met on the honeymoon.) I'll send whichever ones you want!

I love that episode- the one where she cooked for friends and family. LOL. Then when she had Thanksgiving, she asked if she could make turkey in the crockpot. I love her, she's too cute.
