So, I've belonged to my office gym since August--conveniently located a few floors down. I can get there in the am (sometimes) but have never ever gone during lunch. I always plan to, but manage to talk myself out of it. Well, today couldn't peel myself out of bed this morning so i vowed to go at noon. I did it! I squeezed in 45 mins--25 on the treadmill; 15 worth of weights, showered (thank god for dry shampoo) and got back to my desk within the hour. I do like the morning better--less rushed, but so glad I went!
Anyone else get in a workout today?

got my butt on the elliptical for 20 minutes this morning and DH and I just got back from a nice walk...I'm trying to get my 10,000 steps in a day!
