So in keeping up with our motivational threads on nutrition and fitness, I was thinking for many of us today will mean we can't get to the gym. My plan is to take a look at some of the workouts on demand through cablevision since I only need to do cardio. BUT I figured I would give you gals some ideas about what to do at home if you can't get tot he gym today or if there is ever a time that you can't go for a while or if you don't have a membership at all!
Since snow days are relaxng days (or supposed to be) do these during tv commercials! During a commercial, try doing any (or all) of these:
So here's the deal: pick the reps and sets you want to do. For example, If I want to do 3 sets of 15, I will run through each exercise in the circuit then take a break, sit back down and watch my show. When there is another commercial, I'll do the circuit again. This isn't set in stone. Maybe you have dumbbells or ankle weights and have ideas as to how to incorporate different exercises into your circuit. Be creative! It might not be your regular schedule to train but it's definitely worth trying
My friend Nicolle is a fitness competitor and she swears by this on days that she can't get to the gym. Give it a shot! Enjoy the day!!

Cool, I found it...where is the kick boxing, under sports? I couldn't find that, but I think I'll try the yoga for kicks and giggles.
