I am here. I swear from the time it took me to walk downstairs it started snowing AND covered everything! I can't believe how fast it is accumulating. I slid right through a red light on the way here - DH was going to drive me to work but when I was leaving there wasn't even anything happening so I didn't bother him.
I love snow though, just don't enjoy driving in it. last time it snowed they let us leave two hours early so I hope they do the same today!

I am not sure to go in or not. I have been sick and Dh is yelling at me to stay home. I told them I may come in late but I dunno what do you think were the roads bad?

Iam Here at Work in Levittown. I had to drive from Patchogue. Roads were not too horrible but that was between 6:30-7:00am. Not snowing much here anymore.

I love snow - but lately it seems to be interfering with places i need to go. I have 2 appointments tonight in seaford - one at 6 at the accountant, and one at 7 - defensive driving!!!!!! That's kinda funny I think. But I live in Huntington and wasn't planning on leaving until 5:30 since DH gets home at like 5:05 and has to shower -- hope he can do it QUICK so we can leave as early as possible. The acct meeting may have to be moved. Unless it stops by this afteroon and the roads are clear later ...

I was at work by 7am so I am not sure of the roads. When I was out, there were salt trucks and plows out. I think this isn't sopposed to be that big of a storm

It stopped and now its back. I showered and getting dressed and figuring it out still. If I didn't call in sick tuesday I wouldn't have such guilt but to take another day off stinks since I don't get payed days off.
