So a week late...but my DH gave me my anniversary gift today...

and I got a brand new car!!

I'm bursting with happiness...

He went to get the oil changed on his car (he has a Honda Pilot) and came back 3 hours later...I was like 'what took you so long?' and he said 'babe, come see what they did to the Pilot!' and when I ran out all worried I saw my car!! He had them put ballons on it and drove it home (left the Pilot at the dealer so I had to drive him back)...I almost fainted and kept saying 'OMG, OMG' and crying!! I feel so blessed and it's a long way from where I came from.

And it sure makes my 'Sirius Boombox' gift to him last week seem like total crap! We weren't supposed to exchange gifts since we just bought the house!

Thanks for letting me share!! Here are some pics from the Honda website...I haven't taken any yet. It's a '06 Honda Accord LX in silver...and amazing to see 10 miles on it!!

He is definitely a keeper!!

And I drove myself to work today...can I just say this beats the 2 or 5 train from Flatbush to Midtown any day? I am so happy!! And it took me 50 minutes (I work 41.5 miles away) - where it would take me up to 1 1/2 horus by train in NY!!
