SO EXXXCCITTTTED

I'm sorry. I have to share my excitement.


I just paid off one of my credit cards.

I have been SO good about spending since finishing up with the reception in December.

DH and I agreed for him to pay the rent and what not and I'd use all my paychecks to pay off debts and towards savings.

I've paid down over six grand.

I have one other card with a balance on it but after we get back from our honeymoon I will be close to paying that one down too.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

connnnnnnngrats!!! that is such an awesome amazing thrilling feeling....trust me, i know from personal experience! way to go!!!

you should see your credit score shoot up through the roof even if its high already....i've seen big jumps from month to month ever since paying off my debt!

i am a debit card kinda girl now......boo hiss credit cards!

I am trying to do the same with two loans I have. One being my car loan. I am hoping if all fares well, I can get both paid off by summer and then I will be able to have some REAL MOOLAH in my pocket, finally!

Hate this paycheck to paycheck BS.

well it toooootally depends but i do credit check monitoring and it ranks me against the rest of the US so I obvi want to have a better score than the majority.

i feel proud of myself when i'm around 750 because i had some dark days when i abused credit in my early 20s!

dh has really high credit so i'm really focused on not RUINING things for us when we go to apply for a loan....

isnt such a great relief!!!!

i paid off all mine after the wedding and it feels sooo good to not have them anymore. i use my debit card for any charges now!!!

my score jumped up too!

That's SO exciting and I'm not going to lie I'm a little jealous!!!

I'm DYING to this and HOPEFULLY I can have it all paid off soon (trying to figure out our money now the DH got his big raise). Then I'm going to keep 1 credit card for just emergencies and pay it off in like 2 payments (helps with your credit score to not pay it all off at once).
