Mine wasn't great to being with...but it never made it past a week. My freezer broke while on our honeymoon and everything spoiled.

It really wasnt bad. The icing was yummy. The cake was sort of dried out. I want to get a mini version of our cake this year for our 2 year anniversary.

It wasn't horrible, just tasted a little stale. The moose filling was delicious though, and the frosting! lol

My DH ate it (but he'll eat anything!)
It looked pretty, but I thought it had a sour smell, so I stayed away

Since I hardly got a taste of it at the wedding I hope it kept good in the freezer!

we wrapped ours really well. put the cake in a large 2 gallon ziplock and wrapped the cake in tons of aluminum foil. we defrosted for 2 days and the cake was awesome. we had canoli cake and it tasted fresher than some bakeries.

the cake itself was a little dry!
I had ordered a small cake of what our wedding cake was supposed to be since it was yellow cake but should have been chocolate. I tasted the original then ate the chocolate

Take it out of the freezer and put in the refrigerator to defrost on Saturday.
