I guess the secret is to thaw it out for a day or two?

I have to saw ours was awesome! I totally thought it would be horrendous, but it was so good!! I guess my aunt did a good job wrapping it too - no freezer burn or anything. I was so glad since I hardly got to eat any of mine on our wedding day.
And yeah, my dad took it out of the freezer into the fridge about 2-3 days before hand.

I don't know, I threw it out...We didn't have any space in our fridge for other food.

Surprisingly it was SO GOOD!!!! We kept it frozen all year and brought it to Aruba with us (so it had about 3 days to defrost). It was yummy!!!

Ours didn't make it to one year it went bad because we had nowhere to keep it on our wedding night, it didn't fit in our hotel fridge, so I went and bought us one for our anniversary.

For all of the girls that said it tasted good - how did you wrap it up for the freezer?
