So i booked Montreal for Dh's Christmas gift...please help

We will be going in the beginning of April. Best part: he has no idea!! I ordered hockey tickets and have plans to take him to the huge casino up there. For those of you who have been, any other suggestions where to go??

Sorry to crash but I went up to Montreal in February...

The biodome is pretty cool. It's kinda like an indoor zoo.

Yes, I'd recommend the Biodome. Also take a walk to the Cathedral of Notre Dame - even if you're not religious, the structure is stunning.

DH & I went there before we got married, it's a pretty cool city. Definitely see the Botanical Gardens - it's so pretty, and big, we almost got lost in it! The Cathedral is great too and it's in the older part of the city...the cobblestone streets and French cafes make it feel so romantic, that's where we spent most of our time. You can take a dinner cruise on the St. Lawrence River too, that was fun.

We went to the casino but didn't spend too much time there, to be honest, I thought they were kinda snobby and we like American casino's much better in comparison.

Definitely the Biodome, and right next to it is the Olympic Stadium, and right across the street from that is the Insectarium and Botanical Garden.
You can buy a pass for all 3 to save $$.

Other than that, you have the underground mall, which is really big, but redundant, and it's really not that impressive once you've walked there for at least 1/2 hour.

There's a beautiful scenic walk up the mountain, behind the college, but wear comfortable shoes, because it's quite a hike.

We went there for a 3-day weekend, and wished that one of those days we'd gone on a tour to old Quebec.
