this is why I told DH we should move to Nashville. You can get 4000 sq ft homes for like 400k. You can actually get a 6000+ sq ft mansion for like 900,000. You can't get anything remotly close here. I need to convince him to move or we will be renting forever!

I know!!! As much as I do not want to leave my family and friends, I know that moving is the only way we will be able to afford a home. I remind myself of this after I spend time with my niece
