I was there in June a few years ago and it was 113 degrees during the day. When it was dark, I went across the street to get dinner and the street gave off so much heat, I thought my face would melt.

That's the only thing that is stopping me. And the fact that all my friends and family are here. I would miss them too much.

But seriously, a house like that here would cost $600,000 - $800,000 easily!

Exactly! I was there last June and it was torturous. You can't even breathe. It's stagnant and there's not a gust of wind to be found lol

WOW - gorgeous house!!!!! I think that will easily go for over $1 million on LI....

See now what makes me sick is that is what I paid for my 2 bedroom coop in Queens

It's insane what you can get out of state.

We are moving to GA eventually. We cant afford a house in NY and even if we could, it would never be exactly what we wanted.
