you know the ones that work out your legs and such while you walk?
anyone else ever try them? i just got them today and shockingly i feel like i'm standing with better posture and i'm hoping that my legs feel sore tomorrow so i know its doing something LOL
anyone have any reviews to share?

I have the Reebok tone ups or what ever they are called and I wear them when I go walking and I def feel more of a burn when I have them on!

I've read about them on blogs-allegedly they are good, but they're not going to magically tone anything up.
BUT it is better than nothing, you know??

I agree they aren't going to make you have a tiny butt like the commercial. They might make your posture better which in turn makes you have a stronger core

I don't have those but last year I bought sequins fit flops and at first I felt a little sore but then it went away and they are just comfy flip flops.

I dont own them but I work at a hospital so we are on our feet most of the time and the hurses that do have them....love them

i have to say , i am 100% standing with better posture. and my legs def feel like i am using them a little more. i don't expect to get rid of my naturally big @$$ lol, but any help with my legs and butt would be welcome
