with all the talk of crying on your wedding day...did you really lose it or were you ok? Also, did your DH tear up?
Me personally, the only time I got misty was when I danced with my dad.

Didn't cry or become teary once ... except when my flowers were delivered and I'm not even sure why then ...

We were actually fine. I got teary during my sister's speech, and we both got a little shaky voiced during the vows. Otherwise, we held it together!

I started to tear up as I was saying my vows, but I got it together. No other near tears until I said goodbye to my family the day after the wedding.

i was FINE until I saw one of Tom's friends looking at me with this look on his face that said 'Wow this is a huge moment' and then I lost it. I always tease him that he made me cry on my wedding day.....

I was fine. - i felt a rush when i saw him. DH did tear up & it is the most precious picture & closest to my heart - a definate for the album

For a second when I walked down the aisle & saw everyone it hit me that it was so sweet of them all to want to see us get married & I started to tear up, but I wouldn't let myself.
After that it was all smiles and a lot of laughter!

I only had tears in my eyes when I saw DH. I was completely fine through the whole thing. Never thought I would be!!

I'm a big sap and always cry! I started to as soon as I walked down the aisle, but composed myself. I started again while I was saying my vows, but again, quickly composed myself. However, when my Mom fell and broke her arm and had to leave the reception I LOST it! I blubbered all over my poor niece!

I was good until I got out of the limo at the church and saw the bagpiper playing. For some reason that made me lose it. And then I looked at one of our best men and he had that same look on his face as palebrides husbands friend had and I completely lost it.
I cried when I danced with my dad and mom during the reception.

I thought I'd be a mess but the only times I cried was when I read the card my Dad left for me in my room, when my lifted my veil and kissed me and when I danced with my Dad. Can you tell I have a real soft spot for my Daddy....

I cried during our ceremony in January and I cried while dancing with DH and with my dad at the reception in May. I was actually surprised I cried so much at the reception.

I got a little teary when DH whas repeating his vows.
The only other tears were later in the day at the end of the reception while saying goodbye to family my two brothers both told seperately me how beautiful I looked!!! They were also tears of joy that everything went the way I had envisioned it with the exception of the rain.

DH did when we first saw each other. I think it was mostly in anticipation because he started to cry before he even turned around (the photographer set up the shot so his back was to me as I entered the room. Our BMs and GM were all around him too. He turned around after I was all setup). Once I saw him crying, that set me off too. I BAWLED while I danced with my dad. We danced to Butterfly Kisses. Once the band played the part where the little girl is getting married and asks her daddy if she looks alright (I'm getting teary eyed now as I write this!), is when I lost it. It was kind of hard to pick a picture of our dancing for the album beacuse most of them was of one of us crying!
I teared up while reading a letter DH wrote to me that morning but I really didn't cry the whole day it was a complete shock to me!
DH teared up when I walked down the aisle. It was captured which was great!

I honestly thought I was going to ball. Leading up to the wedding, I cried over everything. Other people's wedding photos, ceremonies, wedding music, etc. But when the day came, I was so happy and ecstatic, and overwhelmed with pure joy, that I barely cried at all.
When my mom was standing with me, ready to walk me down the aisle, she started to talk to me and tell me how much she loved me, and she started to cry and I could feel the tears coming, but I tried my hardest to hold them back, THEN I saw FH and I felt so relieved and couldn't wait to get up to him, that not one tear was shed.
I could see that he was tearing up, but once I got to him and was holding his hands, we were good to go.
During our first dance, there was a moment or two where I started too, but quickly stopped. When I danced with my mom, she was crying and I tried hard not to, but maybe one or two snuck in on me ;)

i got teary before i went to sleep...we were up talking and i was just so happy! i also got a little teary before the ceremony as i was talking to my girls.
DH looked misty at the ceremony when he first saw me, but he don't have streams of tears.
