since we spent sooo much time planning how we will look on our wedding day, thought i'd ask: do you think you looked as good as you planned/expected, better or worse??

I was happy with my appearance overall. The professional hair and makeup, 2 thousand dollars + gown/accessories was well worth it and many hours spent sweating at the gym was worth it! I wish i had remembered to blot my face and touch my lipstick towards the end some of the pics i look greasy- but was obviously having too much fun to care! Do you know i did not go the the bathroom once from 230- until 1am when we got the hotel. We had a br in the bridal suite but i didnt go in it once!!!

Im so glad I wasnt the only once who forgot to blot my face enough. Even though I KNEW I should, I was just having too much fun to get away from the party. I thought to myself 'when I go to the bathroom, I'll touch up ... but I never went all night!'

sonicstef- i had the same thoughts, i kept thinking, oh in 10 minutes i will step away and freshen up but i never did! Before I knew it they were wrapping up our cake top layer and cookies/pastries and the car was there to take us to the hotel!

I think I looked very good, I was very happy. Looking at the proofs, I had all this hair sticking out in the back, and I am so surprised nobody fixed it for me? Also, I thought I looked a little more top heavy in my dress than I had realized, and I wish I would have applied lipstick more often. Other than that, I was very happy.

Deb, I thought the same thing with my hair, why didn't someone fluff it out in the back!??! I never went to the bathroom all night either and I thought my face was a bit shiny as well, where were those BMs when you needed them!?!?! Kidding.

I have no regrets and for a girl who rarely wears lipstick I actually re-applied because JN reminded me how important it was!

I was amazed! I remembered to 'go' right before I got in my dress so that helped. But it wasnt like I even had to go a little all day long! Maybe it was the adrenaline.

not too get too gross, but i am a compulsive pee-er....must have the tiniest bladder ever, plus i drink LOTS of water, but the day of my wedding i went only once....i was shocked!!
