When will this cruelty stop????? It makes me lose faith in humanity, I swear. Animals dont have a voice and we need to be their voice and keep them safe and healthy and loved.

I am starting this comment by saying I do not want to start any drama. That being said...As unfortuate as it is animal testing is necessary. The link you posted is horrific but I question the validity of the finds. Laboratory animals are USUALLY treated with a lot of respect and keeping the animals healthy is VERY important so that the studies are not confounded by disease or stress. As a scientist I have first hand knowledge of the rigiouous process required to prove that animal testing is necessary. In addition we are required to care for the animals and ensure that they experience minimal pain and suffering. If this company is treating the animals as dipicted in the video shown on the link they should be shut down!

Sadly, this isn't anything new. As someone who lives a cruelty-free lifestyle, I've seen a lot of these kinds of videos. Videos like this are the sole reason why I went vegetarian 17 years ago, use dairy from only certain farms, and steer clear of any cosmetics and home cleaners that engage in animal testing. I also don't wear leather, suede, or fur. I do feel differently about testing medicines on animals...I understand the necessity, and I know that I've benefited from it, but it still hurts my heart to know it happens...but it has to. That doesn't mean any animals should be treated so horribly like those in the video, clearly.

also- hopefully those companies listed who use this facility... see this and CHANGE where they test products because not all testing facilities are probably like that ....
