So seriously, does anyone else want to put on their dress again???

Today is 3 weeks since I got married and time HAS FLOWN BY! Wow! My dress is still hanging from my curtain rod in my bedroom where I put it when I took it off the night of the wedding. I LOVE IT OH SO MUCH and I would love to just put it on again and wear it! Seriously! I loved my dress and I feel like I totally didn't get to wear it long enough (although I did wear it for like 12 hours or so).

Am I the only nutso? I guess it would help if I put it away (or rather sent it out to be CLEANED and put it away) but I just don't want to. It looks so pretty up in our new bedroom! It's like lifesize art! (We just moved in after the wedding so while we have all our furniture etc., we still need to decorate our walls etc).

Anywho, who else is with me? Does it get better after time?

ETA: This is what it looks like in our new bedroom... although I hung my veils over my dress too a few days after the wedding.

i really want to!! but i dont think it will fit me ive kinda gained A LOT of weight since my wedding it was tight when i got it and now i dont think the zipper is going to go up lol

i serioulsy think we need to plan something that we can wear our gowns again and plan it soon!! lol im dying to put my dress on girls and wear it out hahaha

I'd love to put mine on again but I already got it cleaned and preserved. The only way I can even see it is if I look through the window in the box.

Yes I do! It's hanging in the plastic on my bedroom door & everyday I have to talk myself out of putting it on & walking around the house in it all day. Then it makes me think of that Friends episode...

I actually put it on for DH when we got back from our honeymoon at St. Lucia Grande. I must say from all the indulgence on that trip, the dress felt just a little but more snug than I remember My mom had it preserved so I guess I will not be trying it on anytime soon.

i DID!!! a couple of weeks ago I just put it on... DH came home to me in the kitchen washing dishes in my wedding gown...

OMG, on our wedding night I was soooo sad to take my dress off (even though I had it on for some 12 hours!!). I asked DH if he thought I was a loser if he came home from work & I was walking around the house in my dress!!!

I love the idea of everyone putting on their dresses and getting together! I'd be down for getting a photographer like Jenn suggested - it would be so cool!!!

This would be fun. I wanted to go to the end of year 2007 thing but its on a Thursday so I can't. But meetign up would be hysterically funny-like running of the brides but already with our dersses on lmao.

I have worn mine twice already!
Once when I got back from my HM for a few hours, and after a Halloween party. I was going to wear it to the party, but the ground was wet from rain. DH talked me out of it. He was probably right.

Now I just called to have it preserved! $250!

I tried my on mine before getting it preserved....and I miss it

And last night, i had a dream that I was over someone's house (I don't know who) and everyone who I know thats married was there in their wedding dresses (and there were cousins that got married 10+ years ago!) and it was this big get together - it was crazy!! LOL

i would love too!!!! my mom got it preserved already... so i check it out when i go to my parents through the window of the box..

hopefully one day a girl in my family would love to wear it!
