so what is everyone doing.....

for new years?? Anything exciting? Are DH and I the only ones being losers and staying home?? We didn't feel like spending a zillion dollars at a CH.....Happy and Healthy New Years to all!

DH is working today 7 am -830pm and tomorrow too, so we will be going to bed tonight like any other night.. New years was never a big deal to either of us. I hate driving anywhere. So its like a normal night, I'll probally make a nicer then usual dinner though

We are having what has turned into a very small gathering. A friend who said she was bringing over a few friends emails me (coward) at 11:30 last night and says she is going to do something else because there will be more 'single people there' . I wrote her the coldest email ever and am so angry and hurt right now. This is seriously going to be the nail in the coffin when it comes to my friendship with this chick. I've had enough of her selfishness

So many people invited us over, including our best friends who live downstairs, but I'm just not in the mood. I hate New Year's Eve; I don't drink and it seems most of the time that this holiday is all about the drinking. So I asked DH if we could skip the parties. We're going to get a bite to eat, see a movie and then go to my Mom's to play a game with my sister and her fiance. I'm actually toying with the idea of staying at my Mom's tonight so we don't have to walk through the party when we go home tonight. But DH has to work in the AM so we'll see. I think we'll get more sleep at my Mom's than our house :)

We are having a small dinner for DHs best friend and girlfriend who im really close to. I got them watching LOST so hopefully we will be catching up until the new season starts!

We're going to my best friend's house. We're going to have a small party with about 8 people. It'll be nice because this is the first NYE DH & I are really going out together in 3 years. I'm sad to be away from our DD though. She doesn't seem to upset. She's been talking about sleeping at Grandma's house all morning!

Thanks girls.She is a royal biotch and my friendship with her has been going downhill for awhile now. It's for the best that she did this because now I have enough reasons to drop her.

Dh is usually asleep by 9pm everynite so we usually stay home...he is sick this year so he's sleeping right now! haha...one year i'd like to spend New Years in Vegas, otherwise i am happy on the couch away from all the drunk drivers!

I think we're just going to his brothers house.....we were going to head to his friends bar in Bayside.....but after going to the doctor yesterday, I'm now on antibiotics and taking a decongestant, so drinking til I'm beligerant prob. isn't the best idea! that's ok, the last 3 years we've went out to catering halls, and they never showed the ball dropping, so that will be something to look forward to! good 'ole D ick Seacrest!
