What does everyone do? Sometimes I get so bored here by myself and I can't sit online all that long without getting ants in my pants

My DH went away to a Redskins game one weekend and altough it was lonely...i had fun with my girlfriends...
they came over, we did dinner and rented movies..the other night was a girls night out on the town

If it's a week night, I am usually home first because my job is VERY flexible. But, I am still 'working', checking my work email and work voicemail. My clients usually keep me busy. But, if they're all squared away, I'll get started on dinner, laundry, cleaning up...whatever.

If it's a weekend and he's not around, I'll visit my family or hang out with my friends.

Usually online, watch TV, or read or sleep. Doens't happen often for us though except when I am home earlier than him from work. I just use that as my alone and unwind time.

DH is active in various community organizations, so he's out most nites. Great for me; I don't have to make dinner.

I love having the remote all to myself and I actually get to watch an entire program, not bits and pieces.

I also like not hearing the comment, 'Is this what we're watching??' That's when I usually hand over the remote and go do something else. (I usually hear this when I'm watching HGTV) Then of course, I go to LIW!!!!

When I'm alone, I might read, watch a video or call some friends (they live out of state, so visiting isn't possible)

So much! if it is a weeknight.. LIWeddings, TV, knitting/crocheting, playing with Gizmo, working on a project in the house... on the weekend I would do all of the above or go out woth girlsfriends or go see my mom, granparents, bro&sis

So far we haven't spent a weekend apart, but during the week, he goes to the gym (like tonight) and I just do all kinds of things...clean the condo, LIW's, watch tv, call friends, take looooooooooong baths...

PS..my dh is OBSESSED with that poker show...I am slowly forcing myself to get into it.
