So Who Has Put On There Bridal Gown Again, After The Wedding?
Not yet, but I will when it comes back from wedclean.org for the day after shots being taken in mid august, cant wait to wear it again....

I haven't. It is Aleady Cleaned, Preserved, put in a box & plastis Bag, & is sitting in BIL & SIL's Cedar Closet. I just did not have the room here.
I wish I could put it on a least 1 a month.

I admit it, I was totally walking around the house in it the other day. I think that I scared DH a little bit. I'm just waiting for the box to come from wedclean, but I'll probably try it on one more time before it goes.

If it wasn't already cleaned & in the box by the time We got home from our HM....I would have been tempted to put in on also.

I did!
I got to wear it again about a month after our wedding for the filming of the Chateau La Mer commercial DH and I were featured in!! It was so fun, I got to wear my dress ALL day.

what exactly is the day after shoot? and girls do it after they get their dress cleaned and preserved?

You know...i didnt even think of it until AFTER I got it cleaned and preserved. Now its too late -- I dont want to mess it all up b/c its so nicely arranged in the box.

I didn't.....just sent it right to wedclean and now I just look at it!!! I think it would have depressed me right after the wedding to put it back on.

Day after Photo Shoot and Reshoot info as you requested:
I had to get my dress cleaned first, its on its way back from wedclean right now, wahooo. I think I will still need to get it cleaned again after the shoot for sure, we are going to be a bit more daring on this shoot... My dress got so dirty on the bottom when we were carting stuff into our hotel room, the guard at the melville marriott didnt even lend a hand-he was so nasty and lazy. So all these sweet people who saw us helped us that night, thank goodness, we had so much stuff to take into our room that night that it was crazy. A day after shoot can be done anytime, some brides actually do it the day after the wedding, some do a photo reshoot if they have had some problems and some do it a few months later. It just a continuation of you and your husbands wedding day photos, some like to recreate the day exactly with the same props and flowers and places, and some are doing it totally different, basically its what ever you want to do, its your shoot.....We are doing ours at the same places, it should be so much fun......., just cant wait......

Well, since ists still filthy and in a plastic bag, on my bedroom floor..............nope. I don't think I'll ever fit into it again anyway.

I really wanted to and I held onto it for a whole year with that intention, but then I decided that it really made it more special to just wear it the one day. So I had it cleaned and preserved and now it's sitting in a box in my closet.

I haven't and I don't think I will because it'll just make me sad all over again that I'll have to put it in a box and never wear it again. I think it's special to think that the wedding day was basically the first and last time I wore the dress. I'm overly sentimental when it comes to these things...it was hard letting go of it the night of the wedding I wouldn't want to have to go through that again lol
