Back story. I have it set up so my cell phone bill gets paid automatically from my bank account. Sprint just takes the monthly bill amount from my account. I have never had a problem with this in the MANY years I've had it set up.
A few weeks ago I changed the bank account that the $ should be deducted from. To make the change, it said I had to pay the next bill right then and there (so the change would take effect). Fine. Approved it, it went through.
Fast forward to today, I check my bank account and they deducted the monthly charge AGAIN from my OLD account a few days ago. So I call Sprint. Well the lovely rep informs me that only one payment has posted to my account for the February bill. I say, weird cuz I'm LOOKING AT MY BANK ACCOUNT and see BOTH deductions, one from each account. 'Please hold' is what I keep getting over and over.
So she transferred me to the 'Finance' department to better assist me and that rep said the same thing and wanted to transfer me to Customer Service. UMMMMMM, didn't they just transfer me to you??????????
So I say fine, please transfer me over so I can then ask for a supervisor.
Then I hear .... DIALTONE. They freakin disconnected me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Starting all over now.

Re: Someone hold me back...
I'm sorry to hear this...
can you call your bank and explain to them what happen - dispute the charges and maybe they can reverse it. Also hold any payment until this situation get resolve.
Good luck

incompetent jerks. I'm sorry you're going through that Yesi. I gladly switched from Sprint many years ago and have been happy with Verizon ever since. I used to get an awful signal on Sprint.

OMG sweetie, I totally feel you on this.
I have sprint and I HATE their F*CKING customer service!!!!!!!!!!!
I LOVE my plan but I hate their customer service. They've hung up on me sooooooooooooo many times before, I can't even tell you.
Keep trying though. You'll eventually get what you want and then some. The good part about crappy sprint customer service is that they have idiots working there and I have always gotten free perks thrown in after yelling at them for being morons!
Just last month I got my nights and weekends switched from 7pm to 5pm for free!!! I also got them to give me free text messaging and free picture mail.
Good Luck sweetie!!!
same here!! customer services absolutely sux. i've had to call about three weeks in a row for the same fukcing problem, but they do EVENTUALLY clear the problem, and like ev said, make sure u demand some stuff. i now have free text messaging!
