Today we had a snow day b/c we got two inches of snow and some sleet. They already put up a two hour delay for tomorrow. This is one of the few things I love about living down here. When i worked for NYC schools we never closed. I get to sleep in tomorrow

it hardly ever snows down here but when it does we are sure to have a school closure or delay.

yea nyc stinks... but even on LI if there is a 2 hour delay they expect teachers to be there reg time.

Yes...today my school district didn't even have a delayed opening
