I want to try a colon cleanse... I am feeling extremely tired lately and I think I just need to cleanse out my body to get rid of all the toxins.. What do you all think? I just don't know what else to do??

My old boss swears by them. And to be honest, after he;d go for one - he was a lot happier for a while. Like a different person.
