Sorry to post here, but urgent RD question

Hi,
My wedding is in 39 days, and we're just now planning our rehearsal dinner b/c we decided his parents house is too far away from where everyone is staying.

We'd like to find someplace within 30-40 minutes of Glen Cove that would do it (it could be brunch, lunch or dinner) for around or under $15pp. No alcohol necessary.

Any suggestions?

under 15 PP may be tough.......
have you tried deli/catering places???
Try Broadway Gourmet in massapequa
516 797-4840
but you would have to do it in a backyard then

I was able to do it at Olive Garden in Westbury for 12.95 pp.
Everyone loved it.

BK Sweeney's in Douglaston? That's where we had my shower... nice for a brunch.

What about Benny Hana's (sp?)? They are right on Northern Blvd about 5min from Glen Cove (if that). I don't know how much they'd charge but there's a great Italian place in Sea Cliff / Glen Cove called Amalfi's and also an amazing Thai place in Greenvale/Glen Cove called Sarin.

Just remembered . . . I went to a rehersal brunch at the Cow Harbor Inn in Northport one time - It was very good and I don't think it was too pricey. Private room too -
Margarita Grill in Huntington might be semi-inexpensive as well. It is on Wall Street -

Vincents in Carle Place and Massaros in Mineola. Massaros is the less expensive of the 2. Both about 20-30 minutes from Glen Cove.

We had ours at Boulder Creek and the packages start at about $18. The one in Syosset has an upstairs that they give you so you don't feel like you're just another table.

I was going to suggest Cole's House in Glen Cove - it's a beautiful restored house, but they'd be more than $15 pp.
