The Acura MDX
The Mercedes ML350
or the Lexus RX300?
We are leaning toward the Acura, because we currently have one and I think they'll give us the best deal. I was wondering if anyone has any pros or cons for any of these 3? Thanks.

I don't think the Volvo wagon is too 'soccer mom.' We are actually considering it b/c it's actually kinda sporty and it's much easier to get the baby in and out of, and climb into (for me) than the SUV's b/c I'm so 'vertically challenged.'

The 2003 V70...to me, it looks very similar to an SUV, just lower to the ground...

Okay, that's the one I was thinking of. It's not really my style, but Volvo has an excellent reputation, so I'm sure it's a great car.

Jenn - you edited your post...you originally said the V40? The V40 is the one that makes ME think 'soccer mom' since it is more rounded in styling and appears not as sporty:
Edited to add - the V40 is also not an upgradable model - it is what it is. However, the V70 comes in 4 different models, all with upgradeable options and custom packages.

Yes, I originally said V40, but when I looked at the website I realized I was talking about the V70, so I edited.
In any case, I'm sure that they are both wonderful, they're just not what I'm looking for.

Oh, I though JennRenee was confusing the station wagon with the SUV that Michelle mentined and that Jenny5150 called 'the station wagon on streroids' since she said it was sort of 'soccer mom'

Oops, my bad! I thought Michele was referring to the XC90.
The others looks like station wagons or shall I say 'sport wagons'. (My friends get ****y with me when I call their Saab a station wagon.) I don't think the V70 or V40 resemble SUVs at all.
