spin off to baby dust- do you plan to breast feed?
Original post by hunnybunnyxoxo
if so, how long?
i plan to! although right now, being that i am not pregnant, i think i would feel weird with my baby to my boob so i think i'd want to use a pump
however, im sure once i have a baby, the weirdness will fade and i wont care about a baby suckling on my boob...

I did. I breastfed my daughter for 2 years. I will breastfeed all future children, too.

Posted by cookiemonster my friend's baby grabbed my b00b the other night - i was like sweetie, not everybody has good stuff for you in there!!
OMG That sooo reminds me of a story! This wa YEARS ago-my cousin who was one of my BM (and would KILL me for repeating this ) was like 4years old or maybe 5 at the time. So we're in th living room and she looked at my aunt and asked about beeast feeding and what she used to eat as a baby. My aunt explained she drank milk from her Mommy to get big and strong.
My cousin considered this with great thought and nodded, then said, 'But what if I wanted soda? I really like Pepsi.'
That's too cute!

definitely planning on it.
not sure for how long i'll be doing it, but breast milk is incredibly important for an infant and I'm going to do whatever I can for my baby.
There's also the bonding that occurs between mother and child during that period- that's important to me as well.
Yay for passive immunity. That is a big reason I would do it, plus it may help with weight loss afterwards.

pump it out- yes to lose weight and its cheaper than formula but actually have a little one sucking....i'm not too sure
but i was breast fed. my dh was not. we're both healthy...So i believe any way is fine, whether actually breast feeding, pumping out the milk fo baby, or only formula feeding
