Spinoff- Do you even want your hubby to buy you flowers??
Cause I honest;y don't!! I tell him to save his money! They're just gonna die in a day or two!! I'd rather a card or CANDY!!!! Now thats the way to my heart!!!!
Anyone else feel this way???

id rather get a heartfelt card.... when he buys me flowers i like them...but i feel bad..cuz usually they are so expensive...but since hes getting them for me twice a year! i DOnt mindd or say anything...

haha candy is great! For Vday he bought HUGE bags of all my fav candy- and roses- perfect for me because I love getting flowers and I LOVE candy!!! So yes, I do want flowers- but he doesn't need to spend $50 on them- even one rose is thoughtful and appreciated!

As long as they're not roses; my ex used to buy me roses all the time and it left a bad taste in my mouth because I now know he just bought them to make himself look good.
A handful of daisies; that's more my cup of tea.

I loveeee flowers, even though they die within a few days, they just really decorate a table or room and are so pretty to look at haha

i love flowers! i love the way the look and smell! i think fresh flowers makes the house look inviting.

DH only buys me funny cards .... I don't think I've ever gotten a sappy/sweet one from him. He used to write sweet things inside the card, but that went out the window a few years ago.
I would love it if he came home with flowers for me.
Candy is ALWAYS appreciated though!

I always sing THIS to the DH when he comes home empty handed.
I don't want flowers. They are a waste of money, the smell of some of them makes me sick and I have enough cheap glass vases: at this point .
